Carolyn Kildare specializes in helping clients find solutions to questions about compensation for their staff. Mercer is a global consulting leader in talent, health, retirement, and investments that helps clients around the world advance the health, wealth, and performance of their most vital asset – their people. Carolyn’s role supports this mission by providing compensation data that helps clients understand how to compensate their staff fairly in competitive industries, particularly energy, mining and utilities.
