Carolyn Kildare specializes in helping clients find solutions to questions about compensation for their staff. Mercer is a global consulting leader in talent, health, retirement, and investments that helps clients around the world advance the health, wealth, and performance of their most vital asset – their people. Carolyn’s role supports this mission by providing compensation data that helps clients understand how to compensate their staff fairly in competitive industries, particularly energy, mining and utilities. Her areas of expertise include: market research, data analysis, strategic insights and project management.
