Michael Wach


Based in Calgary, Michael Wach, managing director at WTW (Willis Towers Watson), specializes in Executive Compensation. His role involves partnering with boards and management of large, complex companies in the design, governance and assessment of executive compensation programs. Michael's expertise includes evaluating the effectiveness of these programs by collaborating with key stakeholders such as management teams, employees, human resource committees, and shareholders, ensuring their alignment with company goals and market standards. As a qualified actuary with extensive retirement program experience, Michael adopts a total rewards perspective to his work


Kristy McClellan

Kristy McClellan, based in Calgary, currently serves as the Western Canada Market Leader and Managing Director of Work and Rewards at Willis Towers Watson. Bringing over twenty years of experience in total rewards and talent management, Kristy's expertise spans across broad based compensation, performance management, organizational development, leadership assessment, and succession planning. She has worked extensively in various industries including Energy, Financial Services, Consumer Products, Manufacturing and Mining, demonstrating a versatile and strategic approach to human resources.

In her current role, Kristy is instrumental in designing performance management systems that drive business performance and create a high-performing employee experience.
