“Negotiating at Work”

You might be surprised how often you negotiate in your daily life and at work yet, we often avoid the act of negotiating. Negotiating at Work will provide you with some background on types of negotiations, styles, and approaches, together with practical information on typical workplace negotiations and how to negotiate at work.

Speaker Bio Details


Tracey Radloff is a Senior Leader in Human Resources and a professional Leadership and Life Coach. She works in the local government sector, currently as the Director, Community & People at the City of Chestermere. As a lifelong learner, Tracey is a designated CPHR (Chartered Professional in Human Resources), CPCC (Certified Professional Co-Active Coach) and CPM (Certified Payroll Manager). Her municipal experiences have allowed her to be a true generalist.

She really loves the work of leadership coaching; employee, community & labour relations; total compensation; workplace wellness; inclusion, and development. Tracey is also a Board Director with the Big Hill Haven Women’s Emergency Shelter and has volunteered her time for Bow Valley College’s Workplace Communication Skills for Rural Immigrants program. When not working and learning more about people, she loves to be outdoors, by the campfire or, walking the dogs. Tracey is currently missing the ability to travel with some West Jet dollars burning a hole in her pocket.
