With more than 15 years’ experience in the total rewards field, Scott Hausberg has expertise in market benchmarking, the design of base pay structures and short and long-term incentive programs, job evaluation, transitional arrangements, and executive compensation.
He served for 25 years in the Royal Canadian Navy, retiring as a Commander in 2006. As a director at National Defence Headquarters, he managed the unique pay and allowance benchmarking for the military and ran payroll systems serving 100,000 service members. His decade of private sector experience began with Shell Canada, then WestJet, TransAlta and now Gallagher.
Scott has presented at the Canadian Total Rewards Conference, the Conference Board of Canada, the Global Equity Organization, the Calgary Total Rewards Network and York University, and has been selected as an instructor for the World at Work’s compensation and benefits courses

Susan Tang has over 20 years of experience in providing human resources consulting services to clients. She has extensive experience leading projects and working with clients in the development and implementation of compensation and benefits programs that maximize business results
Susan’s expertise includes a strong foundation of analytical, research and technical skill which have supported total compensation design projects for a wide variety of clients in a broad range of industries including financial services, public sector, healthcare, manufacturing, and consumer products, in both unionized and non-unionized environments.
